Legal Aid

• In many cases, Legal Aid will be available. 
• If you are a parent, or someone with parental responsibility, for a child subject to local authority intervention at court, you are entitled to Legal Aid without any assessment of your means or the merits of your case. 
• We have a contract with the Legal Aid Agency and can grant Legal Aid immediately if necessary.
